By booking or attending a Turbo Tracks session, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Bookings and Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.
Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Turbo Tracks.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds are provided for customer cancellations, non-attendance, or changes of mind.
Refunds will only be issued if Turbo Tracks cancels the session.
If Turbo Tracks cancels a session, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer the booking to a future session (subject to availability).
3. Changes to Sessions
Turbo Tracks reserves the right to change session times, venues, or layouts if required for safety or operational reasons.
Equipment or activities may be substituted where necessary.
4. Attendance and Supervision
Children remain the responsibility of their parent or supervising adult at all times. Parents must not leave their children unsupervised at any time.
Turbo Tracks reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
It is the responsibility of the parent or supervising adult that the children play with the age appropriate toys – Hot Wheels cars and tracks are suitable for age 3+. Toot Toot cars and tracks are suitable for age 1+.
Some toys may contain small parts. It’s the parent or carer’s responsibility to supervise children at all times and ensure they do not put any toys in their mouths.
5. Health and Safety
All reasonable steps are taken to ensure a safe play environment.
Turbo Tracks accepts no liability for illness, injury, or loss.
6. Use of Equipment
All equipment remains the property of Turbo Tracks.
Deliberate damage may result in the parent or guardian being liable for repair or replacement.
7. Photography and Media
Turbo Tracks may take photos or videos for marketing purposes.
Parents must notify Turbo Tracks in advance in writing if they do not consent.
8. Personal Belongings
Turbo Tracks accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
9. Force Majeure
Turbo Tracks is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is collected only for booking and communication purposes.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
